Video recorded from the traffic camera on I-10 looking east at Stockton Street shows a tornado moving north and lifting before crossing I-10. No funnel is visible in the vortex but tornadoes don’t always have a visible funnel. What you can see is the debris flying in the sky in a counterclockwise direction and a rain wrapped surface vortex at the surface. The ground circulation shows it’s a weak tornado.

Three North Dakota farmers who escaped a tornado say it’s as close as they ever want to get to one.
