Cindy Fuller the agency's Arkansas-klahoma Divisional Public Information fficer shares her observation of those pitching in to help: "n Saturday morning upon arrival at First Baptist Church of Mena where The Salvation Army set up their headquarters I walked several blocks of the storm-stricken area. Everywhere I looked neighbors were helping neighbors and families and friends were attempting to pick up the pieces of their lives left after a devastating and deadly tornado rocked their world Thursday night. " "The power of a tornado never ceases to amaze me. As we know the storm can destroy an entire block yet leave one home in the middle untouched or it can appear to skip a block or an entire neighborhood by lifting and touching back down.
