A tornado near klahoma City left two people in critical condition damaged a dozen homes knocked down high voltage power lines and pushed vehicles off the highway like toys. While accepting the case the Federal Constitutional Courtin Karlsruhe Germany rejected a motion to block sending theplanes before a hearing the court said in an e-mailed statementtoday.
